Privacy
This non-commercial R&D prototype processes only what you voluntarily enter to generate a demonstration Resilience Signature. It is not a commercial service.
Controller
Henrique Moreira, Espoo, Finland. Contact: use the contact form on the Terms page.
What we process
- •Site coordinates, operational sector, autonomy, criticality, and selected connectivity providers — to compute a Signature (stored anonymously with the run).
- •Email — only if you request a full assessment unlock, save, or updates. We send a confirmation link to that address; unverified requests are not treated as confirmed interest.
- •Optional non-identifying feedback (e.g. use-case chips) if you choose to share it — no email required.
- •Technical hosting logs from Vercel (request metadata) as needed to operate the site.
Why we process it
You choose to run a demo assessment. Processing is limited to producing that research-prototype output, unlocking deeper analysis when you confirm your email, and operating/debugging the prototype. There is no marketing list and no sale of data.
Processors
- •Vercel — hosting (EU/US edge as configured by the platform).
- •Neon Postgres (EU) — storage of demo submissions and emails you provide for unlock / notify.
- •Resend — transactional confirmation email when you request a full assessment unlock (only if configured).
- •Mistral AI (EU-hosted API) — optional recommendation prose only; it never changes the deterministic score, grade, risks, or ranked providers.
Retention
Demo submissions may be retained for learning and debugging of this R&D prototype. Email and unlock records can be deleted on request via the Terms contact form.
Your rights
- •Request access to or deletion of personal data you submitted (email and related submission / unlock request).
- •Stop further unlock / notify mail by asking us to delete the related records.
- •No analytics cookies and no marketing tracking on this prototype.
No data is sold or used to train third-party AI models. This page describes the prototype’s practice in plain language — not formal legal advice.
